Frequently Asked Questions

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

No. Our necklaces are tarnish proof, made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel for everyday wear. To keep them looking their best, take them off before showering or swimming and store them in their box.

How long does shipping take?

Every necklace is made to order in 3 to 5 business days, then delivered with tracking in 4 to 8 business days. Shipping is free. For Christmas, order by December 4.

Is it gift-ready?

Yes. It arrives in a gift box with its printed message card, so you can hand it over as is or ship it straight to her.

How many names can I add?

Two or three names, up to 11 letters each. Names are cut exactly as you type them, capitals included. Letters A to Z only: accents and emojis can't be engraved.

How big is it?

The names are delicate and sit on the collarbone. The chain adjusts from 16 to 24 inches.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If the engraving has a mistake or it arrives damaged, send us a photo or a short video within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Can I return it?

Because every necklace is made for one person, we can't take it back for a change of mind. Anything wrong on our side, we fix.
